PASTOR BYRON BLEDSOE
Not every pastor fits the mold. And Pastor Byron Bledsoe has never tried to.
He’s not interested in playing church. He’s not chasing religion. He’s spent the last two decades building something far more meaningful: a church that feels like home—for the broken and the bold, the seekers and the skeptics, the long-time believer and the person who’s not even sure they believe at all.
As the founding pastor of C3 Church Orlando, Byron knows what it is to lead through the ups and downs we all face in life and in leading. He’s walked through both personal and organizational crisis, and has been used by God to build one of the fastest-growing, most diverse, and spiritually alive churches in the nation.
In just the last three years alone, over 1,000 people have given their lives to Jesus at C3. At C3, that matters because every number represents a life and a story. Stories of changed lives. Of new beginnings. Of families restored. Of peace replacing panic. Of people who never thought church was for them finally finding home.
Because that’s the heart of Byron’s calling: To help people begin a relationship with Jesus, discover their worth, step into their purpose, and live the life they were created to live, even if they’re not sure what they believe just yet.
He’s a communicator who speaks with both clarity and conviction, like a coach in your corner and a friend who’s been in the fight. He’s a strategist who builds leaders and teams. As a certified Maxwell Leadership Coach and a Small Business Flight Plan Coach, Byron brings more than sermons—he brings transformation.
Byron’s greatest sermon isn’t one he preaches—it’s the life he lives. He’s been married to his best friend for over 35 years, is the proud father of four married children, and “Pop” to seven grandkids. But what matters most isn’t a perfect past because none of us have that, it’s the legacy you build moving forward. Whether your story feels messy, mended, or just beginning, Byron leads with the kind of faith that reminds us all: it’s never too late to become who God created you to be.
Whether he’s preaching on Sunday, mentoring high-capacity leaders, or just shaking your hand in the lobby, what you’ll notice most isn’t his title. It’s his genuine love for people. His relentless belief that you matter. And his refusal to settle for a church that’s anything less than life-changing.
So if you’ve been burned by religion…
If church felt like performance instead of peace…
If something in you is still searching for meaning…
C3 was built with you in mind.
Come this Sunday. Experience it for yourself. You won’t just hear about Jesus, we you’ll have an opportunity to meet Him.
