Counseling
Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether it’s stress from work or school, changes in relationships, the weight of grief, or simply feeling “stuck,” we all face seasons where extra support can make a difference. At C3, we believe no one should walk through those seasons alone.
Who Counseling Is For
Counseling is not just for people in “crisis.”
It’s for individuals, couples, and families who:
- Want someone to listen without judgment.
- Is feeling overwhelmed or weighed down.
- Are processing big emotions or difficult changes.
- Want to grow in confidence, faith, or relationships.
- Desire a safe place to pause, reflect, and reset.
Meet Your Counselor
Hi, I’m Rachel! I’m currently completing my Master’s in Social Work at UCF, specializing in clinical counseling. In our sessions, we’ll not only process what’s on your heart and mind, but also explore resources and practical supports that can strengthen your everyday life.
That’s what makes social work distinct, it’s holistic care that looks at your story, your relationships, and your community, helping you move toward real hope and growth.
Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to carry it alone.

Frequently Asked Questions
Sessions usually last about 50 minutes. This gives us enough time to talk through what’s on your heart without feeling rushed.
Yes! What you share in counseling stays private. Because I am an intern, I do receive supervision from a licensed professional who helps guide my work, but your personal details are never shared.
Not at all! Counseling is open to anyone, regardless of church involvement or background.
That depends on your needs and what feels most helpful for you. Some people find it supportive to meet weekly, while others prefer every other week or on a more flexible basis. We’ll talk through your goals together and decide on a rhythm that works best for you.
That’s okay—many people I meet with are trying counseling for the first time. I’ll walk you through the process, answer questions, and do my best to make you feel comfortable.
I meet with kids, teens, adults, couples, and families—offering care for every season of life. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone.
