Description: Serve alongside our team at Second Harvest Food Bank as we help sort and pack food for families across our community. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a real difference by ensuring individuals and families have access to nutritious meals. 

Requirements:

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the event

Volunteers must be age 10+

Wear CLOSED TOE AND CLOSED HEEL SHOES.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift boxes/items.

Wear comfortable and appropriate clothing.

No cell phone, smart watches, or ear device usage allowed in any of our sorting areas.

No outside food or drink is allowed to be brought in or consumed in any of our sorting areas.

Description: Take a moment to honor and encourage our local heroes by writing heartfelt letters to firefighters in our community. These notes of gratitude remind them that their courage and sacrifice are seen and appreciated. This is a simple but meaningful way for individuals and families of all ages to spread encouragement and make someone’s day.

Your support behind the scenes helps create a space where students can grow in faith, build friendships, and have life-changing moments.
